About Us - Wrap Up Administrators In 2005, when construction was on a vertical trajectory, Jeff Post, CRIS ACI, with over 20 years of experience in the insurance brokerage business working on multi-habitation, mixed use, hospitality and commercial projects, argued that in the future all construction projects should be written as a Wrap-ups for cost efficiency, coverage adequacy and the management of project data to help underwrite future projects. Mr. Post found a team of an experienced CIP managers and software programming experts. The team was gathered with a combined wrap project experience of 10bln. They worked together and dedicate themselves to define, measure and analyze the existing methods and providers. Then set out to innovate a new platform; Simple and efficient was the goal with processes, features and measurements that respond to the Customer's Voice. SafeSite360™ was created as a single site portal for project risk management.
Builders Wrap Administrators, Inc., (BWA) launched its first multi-use commercial project of 230mm in hard construction back in 2006. Project Administration is not the only function of Safesite360™; the architects looked forward on how an administrator can bring simplicity of administration while incorporating features that capture information to add savings to a project.
