Feasibility Study Consulting
BuildersWrap provides consultative services to project sponsors, brokers and underwriters to help them determine the financial benefits of a Controlled Insurance program (CIP). The information gathered to define the metrics for a feasibility study assist the sponsor in making the best decision for the appropriate policy design and fee structures. Decisions such as guaranteed cost, large deductible and captive structured reinsurance are evaluated, analyzed and defined. Based on the results of the study the client will have the tools to determine what premium pricing targets, broker commission, loss control and site safety services based on scope of work, and OCIP administration and scope of work should be.
Pre-Bid and Contractor Consulting
Once a decision on policy structures is determined, BuildersWrap provides program set-up supporting a flexible hierarchy consisting of Sponsor, Program, Project(s), Prime Contractor(s); and multiple tiers of Subcontractors, Suppliers, and other parties that will be providing services onsite. The administrative platform will provide the participants the ability to go into Safesite360, find their project, and with a correct access code download manuals and bid packets on in a secured environment through sponsor's invitation. These contractors and site providers can view the OCIP manuals, bid specifications, offsite insurance requirements and insurance data requirements that may be necessary to determine if a provider is will be either a covered participant or not covered but able to qualify to work onsite. If pre-bid conferences are required our construction insurance associates can provide "Webinar" conferences and one-on-one phone and web conference services to help the contractors make a submission within the Safesite360 platform.
